1.1. "LordServers," "we," "us," or "our" refers to LordServers, the Game Server Provider (GSP) offering game server hosting services.

1.2. "Services" refer to the game server hosting services provided by LordServers, including software, hardware, network infrastructure, and related components required for hosting game servers.

1.3. "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our Services.

2.1. To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the necessary legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3. Prohibited Activities:

• Creating multiple accounts for malicious purposes
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Uploading malicious software or content
• Engaging in activities that disrupt the service
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Breaching any applicable laws or regulations

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services with notice.

All fees are payable in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.

All intellectual property rights in our Services remain our property.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Services.

You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Services.

Services are provided 'as is' without any warranties.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our Services.

We may modify these terms with notice to you.

Either party may terminate this agreement under specified conditions.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia.

This represents the entire agreement between us.

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder stays in effect.

Failure to enforce any right doesn't waive future enforcement.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

We maintain strict confidentiality of all user information and data.

All payment processing is handled securely through authorized payment processors.
